Happy Thanksgiving
by Charles W. Fairbanks
The MFP families are all safely tucked away with their families and friends celebrating Thanksgiving this morning. I am thankful for a great many things. I am thankful that I have the freedom to earn a living in the way I choose, and to earn a good enough living to take my family on a trip to visit family and friends in the Blue Ridge Mountains. MFP is thankful for the small but growing readers and participants in this blog. Happy Thanksgiving and all the best to you and yours!

The Cavalry Rides! Sarah is off to Help Saxby Chambliss Close the Deal
by TheTruthSquad
Sarah Palin is off to the Peach State on Monday to help fellow Republican Saxby Chambliss (pictured left) win the runoff in his United States Senate race. Her popularity with the Republican base and her ability to draw big crowds will help Senator Chambliss close the deal. Make no mistake: Holding this Senate seat is almost as important as the presidential race itself.
United States Senator Saxby Chambliss is engaged in a tough re-election battle. Under Georgia law, Sen. Chambliss needed to earn at least fifty percent of the vote to win the race. Despite the fact that he led by a significant margin after Election Day, he narrowly missed earning a majority, due to the independent candidates in the race.
He has run an excellent race. He is fully capable of closing the deal. To help himself close the deal, he is bringing in the nation’s most popular Republican, Sarah Palin. According to the Anchorage Daily News, Palin will have four rallies for Chambliss in Georgia on Monday, in Augusta, Savannah, Perry and suburban Atlanta. The crowds will no doubt be huge. Team Sarah has shown significant grassroots support for the Senator by making thousands of phone calls into Georgia.
The Chambliss campaign is paying for Gov. Palin’s trip to Georgia.
Gov. Palin will also travel to Philadelphia to meet with President-elect Obama and other state governors. Her trip to Philadelphia could pay big dividends for Alaska.

Thank You Sarah Palin!
by Charles W. Fairbanks
As Thanksgiving approaches, the Men for Palin join the America Deserves Better PAC in thanking Governor Sarah Palin for her service to the Republic and for her “passionate, hopeful and articulate advocacy of common sense conservative values.” Our best wishes to the Palin family in Wasila and in Iraq for a Happy Thanksgiving. You can view the America Deserves Better PAC’s Thanksgiving Commercial below.

I think we make a difference together. We are a freer people than if we hadn’t fought this good fight.
Mr. Charlton Heston
